[Help!] HELP recorded video on yi cloud disappeared after an update notification!!

I am one of your customer and currently paying a subscription of 17 euros  to record and store all necessary videos onto my yi cloud.
My first subscription is ending on the 23rd of February 2018.

I have had no issues whatsoever with backing up and storing onto "my yi cloud" everything until the update of this week of 29th january.

This week I have received an update notification which, but now I have noticed that all of my videos recorded and stored onto "my yi cloud" have disappeared!

It is urgent that they need to be retrieved as soon as possible . I have to produced those video to court. I need them back.

Could you please look into this problem and treat it with a matter of urgency .
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
