[Help!] Same Account - Multiple devices not working

I was able to successfully configure two YI Home cameras on my iOS devices. However, when signing into my account on my spouse's devices with the same app, same account, the cameras do not appear in the feed at all. The only difference between the devices is the Apple iCloud configuration. 2 devices on one iCloud ID work and the 2 devices on another iCloud ID do not work using the identical account (I can enter the account fine but the devices do not show up). Help!
