[Help!] Yi Cloud not working (Subscription)

Has anyone experienced this issue, ive been using the paid Yi Cloud service for a couple of months
and suddenly has stopped working on both my yi home camera's

3 days prior to the auto resub on my monthly renewal - no more videos uploaded to the yi cloud

but i still get movement alerts and the 6 second of video (which downloads) - both camera's have no SD cards

im paying for a service, and have had no cloud videos to view in 5 days now

Also i can view both camera's without an issue - it seems my account may be blocked from uploading video on the yi cloud servers

i signed up to a new subscription and it now works fine....

the bad news is the previous subscription just renewed, and i paid for it

going to chase it up with yii support, hopefully get a refund on the subscription that went bad for whatever reason

I'll try to sign up to a new subscription, but I'm afraid I'll be in the same boat and have the same problem.

I'm having the same problem with all five of my cameras.  When I try to view the stored video, it just says "loading" and never does anything.  Have you been able to find a fix?
