I buy YI Dome Camera 720p 360 more than a month ago¡­ The first time I turned on the camera, apps "Yi Home" recommended me update the firmware, I updated. All OK¡­
More than a month I have successfully used the camera, and i was very pleased with her work.

January 4, 2017 I have turned the application "Yi Home" and saw the recommendation to update the firmware. I clicked "update", after which communication with the camera was lost !
When I arrived at the place where the camera is installed, I tried to turn off and turn on the camera. I thought it would help, but it did not help ...
Then I decided to press the reset button, and set the camera again in the application "Yi Home":
-        I chose the camera Yi Dome Camera
-        My Yi Dome Camera says "Waiting to connect". I press the button "I heard "Waiting to connect"".
-        Then I connect to wifi and press the button "Connect to Wi-Fi"
-        Opened QR code on my phone. Camera always says "Waiting to connect", I offer the smartphone to the camera, the camera must read the QR code, BUT IT CAN NOT READ IT!. The camera continues to talk endlessly "Waiting to connect"!

What did I do to solve the problem:
  1) I tried to pull out the memory card
  2) §³hange the frequency of WiFi channel on my router
  3) Connect to another router
  4) I tried using other smartphones and tablets with app "Yi Home"
  5) I tried to use a different account for "Yi Home"

All of these options have NOT WORKED.
Still camera says: "Waiting to connect"¡­ "Waiting to connect"¡­ "Waiting to connect"¡­

I have the some problem. The Yi Dome 720p International. I try to update the latest firmware 1.9.1.0G_201701161401home_v200m, but it was not solve the problem.

Dear All,

Just now I already fixed the problem as all of you mentioned.
Before I set "Mode of wireless setting to 11bg mixed".
Currently The Mode already changed to 11b only.
After the mode changed, the Yi Dome camera connected successful.

Hope the information very useful to solve the problem.

Hello, my camera is having the same problem, I've tried everything, but still wifi is expected to says. will install the old version?
