[Help!] Problem with connection to YI home camera

Hello, I have big trouble with my cam. When I open application in Iphone, it doesnt open camera. It has problem to connect to camera. I tried reset camera, reinstall YI home application but problem is still there. Here are sentences with error:

1.) after add camera, camera is OK, but application  > fail to acquire please reset the camera
2.) when open camera, after few minutes > network connection failed, please check network settings and reconnect it (-20009)

Isnt it problem with Xiaomi server??

I am little bit nervous from this situation, because I think, correct behaviour from Xiaomi should be same info. For example, dear custumers, we have problem with out system, we are working on that. Ok I understand, but now we dont know where is problem. Camera? Network? Application in phone? I dont like this des-information...

I have the same problem since dec-16, till now still not able to resolve. Really lack of confidence to xiaomi product

Same problem here, just bought three cameras from Amazon, 250.00, returning them for a competitor that will work.
