First i used sandisk ultra class 10 32gb not working, than i email to them and they reply. They say we must used the recommend official micro SD. I change it to sandisk extreme plus class 10 u3 16gb and now its working..

We suggest you use Netac 128G U3 or ADATA 128G U1. They have a better compatibility.
